WHO Maldives, in collaboration with the Planning and International Health Relations (PIIR) Division of the Ministry of Health, recently organized a successful Global Health Diplomacy training from 21–24 April 2025. Resource persons from Thailand from the Department of Health, Ministry of Public Health of Thailand, the National Health Commission Office, and the International Health Policy Foundation (IHPF) were invited to share their global health experience.

A total of 40 participants joined the Training, which aimed at expanding global health experience and strengthening skills in global health diplomacy as well as preparing Maldives Delegates for WHA78.
